A Totara tree should be planted on One Tree Hill.

Firstly a Totara tree can grow up to 120ft tall in 100 years so it will stay there for a long time.
Secondly a Totara tree is a native tree so some native birds might like it.
Finally the Totara tree was the tree that used to be on One Tree Hill so it is historical.
In my opinion we should plant a Totara tree on One Tree Hill.

    Hi Lolo, I was interested to learn that it was a Totora that was planted on one tree hill. I often see Kereru in the trees at one tree hill, I wonder if they like Totara trees too. Do you know any other facts about Totora trees that you could include in your writing?
