Saving black robins

NZ has an amazing bird living on Mangere Island. They are called black robins. Black robins are as chubby as a baby and their feathers are as black as the night. They were once the rarest bird in the world. Black robins also lay eggs in a nest. They also eat grubs, insects, wetas and even worms like some birds do. They can even fly and they also are tiny birds. All black robins are black. Black robins claws are as sharp as a cats. There eyes are as furious as a man angry. They also are endemic to NZ. They are small birds and when they are walking they sort of hop. The colour of their beak is blackish grey and they have a short tail.
